These guys are great. They delivered as promised and significantly sooner than promised! I really try to patronize local businesses and these guys are just that, friendly, honest and experienced and proud members of the community. Very reasonable rates too.

This was my first time using Village Mobil, and I will definitely be back. The quotes were clear and included pictures. They helped me select the right tires based on my driving needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The people at Village Mobile do a great job. We have used Village Mobile for 30+ years and have been very satisfied with the service and value they provide. This last occasion of service I got a nail puncture and slow leak. I had already scheduled a routine oil change for the following week. They were able to get my car in the day of my problem even though they were already very busy. While fixing the tire they noticed that the oil needed changing and offered to do that when they fixed the tire instead of making me bring the car back the following week. This is just another example of the great customer service they provide. BTW that tire was repaired at no charge as if fell under Road Hazard coverage....Great people...great place to have your car cared for.

I was a first time customer needing a simple tire repair. I got an appointment quickly and service was thorough and efficient. The reason for the 3 star review is they did a full inspection and posted to CarFax without disclosing that was part of the process. I did call to share this feedback. I think new customers should be informed that this will happen. I was given all kinds of reasons why this is standard procedure, but no understanding of the customer needing to be notified. Thus, I am only giving 3 stars. Accepting my feedback would have given them a 5 star review. New customers should be aware, they will give a thorough inspection and post the report to CarFax.
